Since coin-operated coffee vending machines open and work every time a coin is inserted, they need basic maintenance during use, such as cleaning and sanitation. The outer surface, especially the back, should be more than 10 cm away from the wall, otherwise, it will affect the heat dissipation and cooling effect of the machine;
The ground on which the coin operated tea coffee vending machine is placed should be flat; otherwise, if the ground is not well supported horizontally, it will cause machine noise and poor operation;
The coffee machine is best placed in a dry, ventilated room.
Take out the water pan, take out all the keys, and read the product operation manual;
Clean the inside and outside of the product with a clean cloth;
Place the water pan of the machine correctly;
Put the disposable paper cups into the double cup holder in the machine;
Take out the material box first, then take out the discharge nozzle of the raw material box, clean and completely dry, add the raw material into it, and then put it back into the coffee machine;
Pour pure water into the water storage tank of the coffee machine, and clean it. Then inject pure water or put the pure water bucket directly on the top of the water nozzle, ready for debugging or formal use.
Ensure that the coffee machine is placed in a dry and ventilated room;
Avoid frequent moving an external force impact;
Keep the machine clean inside and outside;
If it is not used for a long time, it is better to turn off the machine power.
The water tank in the machine should be cleaned regularly to ensure that there is no dirt in the tank. It is recommended to clean it twice a month.
The raw material pan can be cleaned with warm water on a regular basis, and the raw material can be put into the box again after the moisture is completely removed. It is recommended to clean it once a month;
The water tray should be cleaned every day and put back to its original position;
Clean the area around the cup mouth with a clean wet cloth;
The exhaust hood behind the coffee machine body should be cleaned regularly, after removing it, you should soak it in water to remove the raw material powder, dust, and other impurities, and pay attention to dry before assembling.
Clean the dust and other foreign matters on the exhaust fan regularly with a small brush, and then dry it before assembling.
Try to use the special paper cups of our custom vending machines to avoid cups' getting stuck;
Too much moisture may lead to caking of raw materials in the raw material barrel, so you should shake the material box properly and open the heating belt device.
